Happy Mother's Day to you and your Mom! Awesome products this week. I was wondering about the microgreens. I will try them now. I can not believe it is almost time for children to have summer vacation. Have a terrific weekend and awesome Mother's Day!

Easiest non-dairy whipping cream: refrigerate a can of coconut milk. Whip up the solid part. Easy peasy and no canola oil! But watch out when getting the solid coconut oil out of the can--the separated milk can squirt ya😉. Use the leftover liquid in a curry or a smoothie.

I use the hash browns instead of bread for Avocado toast then add easy over egg.

Great haul excited to see the taste test. I was recently disappointed with the organic tripel washed romaine lettuce from TJ by earth greens. I opened it and was going to make lettuce wrap sandwiches but there were little black insects throughout and let me tell you..still alive 😟 Has anyone else notice this before? Of course I threw it out.

I love microgreens on my burgers. I also love those heavenly tomatoes sliced in half and sauteed with olive oil and garlic and just use that as pasta sauce it's so good.

I used to get those hash brown patties a lot. Like to put a poached egg on top. That vinaigrette dressing looks good but it's so easy to make. I use balsamic vinegar.

I get the impression that Tim is a Committed Carnivore and he only eats the plant based vegan foods just to be nice, gentlemanly and help out with the Taste Tests. Glad to hear that Tim really liked the plant based Bulgogi Korean rice veggie balls. I just wish it was BROWN RICE and not white rice, but it is what it is. BTW, Katie mentioned she is trying to eat healthier recently and it is a good idea NOT TO MICROWAVE food in plastic because microplastic particles morph into the food and that causes cancer and other degenerative diseases - recently there was a big press release about Forever Chemicals and Microplastics in our food, bottled water, etc. I have been trying to elminate buying so much food that is wrapped in plastic ESPECIALLY if it has an acidic ingredient such as tomato, citrus, vinegar because that makes microplastic particles. Microplastics and Forever Chemicals in food are particularly harmful to children because their immune systems are more delicate and their body weight is lower so that pollution gunk in food like Microplastics and Forever Chemicals accumulates at a much higher level than compared to adults. GMO is changing to bioengineered. Look for BE in a circle or just a bar code . U have to find out yourself . Non GMO on food label will stay . Its confusing. The avocado dip at Aldi in the refrigerator section is gluten free restaurant style guacamole. It’s not hot . Includes pineapple, roasted poblano peppers. No seed oil or fillers . Great as salad dressing or I like cucumbers instead of crackers. I freeze a few . My mother 1/2 German. The Real food better not package anyway .

if you are trying to eat healthy a lot of Aldi's products have seed oils and bioengineered ingredients, so I don't blame you for not wasting money on unhealthy food. I'll still watch because I do get great tips on a lot of other foods- I love the artichoke cheese and wouldn't have bought it if you hadn't recommended it :)

If you decide to grow your own corn, don't forget to research polinating the stocks or the kernals will not form.
